Start on your accent journey with a thorough, 70-minute assessment from Coach Amy, along with personalized tips and recommendations for your next steps. Alternatively, you can ask for a shorter assessment of the top few areas to focus on, so that you can start learning right away during your session. Or if you just want a 70 min session to dig in deeper than 55, we can do that! All is tailored to suit your needs. :-) Sessions are scheduled back to back, so they start 5 minutes after the hour and end after 70 min, to ensure Amy can arrive on time for the next session. Please ensure that you ask any questions you have with ample time for her to answer because she does need to leave straight away. :-) You will receive a Zoom link from Amy before your session, so please check your spam filter. You can email Amy@21Accents.com if you don't find it, but it is not auto-generated, so it may take a few days to arrive.
Politique d'annulation
We do our utmost to provide the highest quality training, and our Coaches schedule their time around your bookings. If you need to reschedule your session, you may do so up to 48 hours in advance, (or cancel up to 72 hours in advance) by logging into your Wix account at the top right of the website and selecting My Bookings. If you have an emergency or sudden illness less than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session, please Email your Coach directly as soon as you're able. Your Coach will contact you as soon as possible after your session is booked (within 1-2 business days), so you will have their email address. If you miss your session time, or choose to cancel with less than 72 hours notice, you will forfeit the session fee, with respect to your Coach's time, since we cannot fill that spot. Sessions are to be taken within 3 months of the first scheduled session time, unless otherwise noted. Thank you and Enjoy!
