A 3-session journey to tap into your greatness and create what’s next in your life with purpose

Three 75 minute sessions scheduled close together, usually within 6 weeks A focused, experiential series for when you’re ready to move forward from a place that feels true. Across three sessions, we’ll reconnect you with who you are at your core and bring that knowing into what you’re creating next. Session 1 — Essence We begin by naming your Essence — the most alive, connected version of you. You’ll start to see where that energy naturally leads and how old patterns sometimes take the wheel. Session 2 — Life Purpose Next we explore how you express your Essence in the world — your Life Purpose. Not a job title or mission statement, but a deeper current of contribution and aliveness that’s uniquely yours. Session 3 — Bringing it to life From your Essence and Purpose, we’ll design what’s next — a project, a transition, a year of your life — from alignment, not obligation. You’ll leave with clarity, direction, and a renewed sense of agency in how you move forward. Essence can be also booked on its own, or experienced as part of this three-part journey — a powerful foundation for deeper coaching work.
Politique d'annulation
We do our utmost to provide the highest quality training, and our Coaches schedule their time around your bookings. If you need to reschedule your session, you may do so up to 48 hours in advance, (or cancel up to 72 hours in advance) by logging into your Wix account at the top right of the website and selecting My Bookings. If you have an emergency or sudden illness less than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session, please Email your Coach directly as soon as you're able. Your Coach will contact you as soon as possible after your session is booked (within 1-2 business days), so you will have their email address. If you miss your session time, or choose to cancel with less than 72 hours notice, you will forfeit the session fee, with respect to your Coach's time, since we cannot fill that spot. Sessions are to be taken within 3 months of the first scheduled session time, unless otherwise noted. Thank you and Enjoy!
