We do our utmost to provide the highest quality training, and our Coaches schedule their time around your bookings. If you need to reschedule your session, you may do so up to 48 hours in advance, (or cancel up to 72 hours in advance) by logging into your Wix account at the top right of the website and selecting My Bookings. If you have an emergency or sudden illness less than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session, please Email your Coach directly as soon as you're able. Your Coach will contact you as soon as possible after your session is booked (within 1-2 business days), so you will have their email address. If you miss your session time, or choose to cancel with less than 72 hours notice, you will forfeit the session fee, with respect to your Coach's time, since we cannot fill that spot. Sessions are to be taken within 3 months of the first scheduled session time, unless otherwise noted. Thank you and Enjoy!
